This headshot session with Connie was everything I love about solo shoots: effortless style, room to experiment, and a subject who really knows how to work the camera (she is a model, after all 👏🏼).
We shot this session in Palm Beach, keeping the locations simple and neutral so her personality and movement could shine. Connie didn’t want anything overly traditional or corporate—and that’s exactly why I loved this shoot. These headshots felt editorial, modern, and so her.
A Change of Pace (And a Creative Reset)
Shooting with just one person gave us space to try new angles, chase the light, and really lean into the “less is more” vibe. No group dynamics, no timelines—just two creatives making art together.
We talked, laughed, and flowed through different spots around Palm Beach. From sunlit white walls to clean backgrounds and natural textures, everything about this shoot reminded me why I love one-on-one sessions.
